I understand that this is an old video, I just haven't seen it before personally. I did a search online for this and the most informative site I found was

New site

If you go to the root of the site, it will seem that there's nothing there. I think the silly terrorists are trying to hide this site by using 14.html as their main page, no one would typically look for that as the default. Also, it has a forum link but the forum appears to be down, in fact all of myfreebb.com seems to be down today. I've seen other jihadi forums at this site so decided to take a hint from nw_arizona_granny and use it in an arabic language google search.
Haven't started going through the sites listed in the results, but I will be putting that on my list of things to do.
